WebThe frequency that the HD60S is receiving is too low, the volume doesn't matter. Since the frequency is too low the card doesn't know what to do with it, and you get clipping regardless of volume. If this is your issue the only solution is a mixer that can adjust the frequency of the audio coming from your console.
