WebInstalled with NMM firstly no patch and got nothing (load order was fo4.esm, then armorsmith extended.esm and that's it (my first non-frame boosting mod)). Installed AKCR like it requires yet comes with and still nothing. Then installed the patch update for the mod and yep, you guessed it, nothing. Uninstalled them and tried one at a time again.
