If your FortiGate unit has the correct chipset it will be able to scan SSL encrypted traffic in the same way that regular traffic can be scanned. The FortiGate firewall will essentially receive the traffic on behalf of the client and open up the encrypted traffic. WebPersonally, I use a forti factory cert, and created an intune policy that pushed it out in 5 mins. With the life of the factory cert I won't have to think about it for the life of the hardware, and it just worked. We have an internal CA I manage, but the simple stupid path took less admin hours, and I have a working solution so used that.
