We had one come in about a month ago. It's an easy fix and Blake did it. So, Blake can you show you how to fix it. Raised inlays don’t always have to be removed to be fixed. This inlay lays right back down with some light pressure.

Had a real bad experience with Lays. The project took forever and the work was real bad. Finish flaws etc. Also, Marty Bell is another great refinisher. He does fast work that is real high quality. He doesn't use nitro but his poly finish is super thin. It's really geared toward hobbyists etc. but you can probably locate a luthier through one of those websites that will do the work well. Watch out for cheap though! I'm not trying to scare you off, but you should be very comfortable with guitar assembly/electronics before doing your refinish.
